Jacobus: Richard Keeny of Hartford bought land in Glastonbury for £20 from Richard Fox (father-in-law) of Glastonbury, 14 Sept. 1714, and was of Glastonbury when he bought 6 acres near Nipsick Pond, 17 Feb. 1724.

Jacobus: Richard Keeney of Glastonbury conveyed, 21 Feb. 1725/6, to Thomas Welles of Glastonbury, 6 acres near the Pond called Nipsick

Jacobus: On 24 Jan. 1727/8, Eunice House of Glastonbury conveyed 6 acres at the pond to Thomas Welles; witnesses: Richard Keeny, Thomas Loveland (Glastonbury Deeds 6:479)

Jacobus: On 4 Mar. 1729/30, Richard Keeny and Eunice his wife, for £15, conveyed 9 July 1733 to son, Thomas Keeny. (Glastonbury Deeds 4:38)

Jacobus: (Richard Sr.) had sold 26 acres on the line between Glastonbury and Hartford, 14 June 1737, to Zephaniah Hollister of Glastonbury, who sold it 27 Mar. 1738 to Jonathan Webster of Glastonbury, and on 7 Feb. 1743/4, Webster, then of Hartford, sold to Richard Keeney (Jr.) of Hartford 35 acres bounded south on land of Richard Keeney, Sr., and north on Richards (Jr.)'s own land. (Hartford Deeds 7:68, 6:124, 207)

Jacobus: Richard Keeney, Sr., of Glastonbury conveyed 16 Feb. 1743/4 for love to his son, Benjamin Keeney of Glastonbury, 25 acres in Hartford, bounded south on the dividing line between Glastonbury and Hartford. (Hartford Deeds 7:67)
