Jacobus: Richard Keeney of Glastonbury conveyed, 21 Feb. 1725/6, to Thomas Welles of Glastonbury, 6 acres near the Pond called Nipsick
Jacobus: On 24 Jan. 1727/8, Eunice House of Glastonbury conveyed 6 acres at the pond to Thomas Welles; witnesses: Richard Keeny, Thomas Loveland (Glastonbury Deeds 6:479)
